J’ai longtemps été écrasée sous le poids d’un malêtre et d’une mésestime bien ancrés. Je n’ai pas su, pu chanter pendant les 25 premières années de ma vie. C’est en poussant la porte de la chorale gospel de l’ERE de Rodez, que j’ai découvert le pouvoir libérateur et bienfaisant du chant, en tant que choriste.

Encouragée, entourée d’amour et de bienveillance, la prise de conscience et l’envie de chanter toujours plus juste, plus puissamment, plus subtilement, s’est imposée peu à peu. Douée d’une oreille fine, connaissant la musique ( les 2 années de solfège auront finalement eu quelques bénéfices…) je suis passée cheffe de choeur d’Onet Gospel, puis, 3 ans plus tard, des Voix Egarées. Parce que je voulais être la meilleure guide possible et que j’avais besoin de m’ouvrir à d’autres challenges et horizons, j’ai rejoint et créé 2 groupes en tant que chanteuse lead.

Les demandes se faisaient de plus en plus nombreuses..”Renée, mais quand vas tu commencer à donner des cours??”.. Au début, ne me sentant pas la légitimé pour le faire (jusque là je n’avais jamais pris de cours de chant), j’ai refusé. Et c’est fin 2018 que j’ai décidé de tenter l’aventure. Parce que le chant m’a fait tellement de bien, que je connais son pouvoir guérisseur, que je suis convaincue que le seul véritable talent est le travail mêlé à la passion, je partage avec Groov’voice tout ce que j’ai appris et que je continue d’apprendre en terme de technique vocale mais aussi de lâcher-prise et de confiance en soi.
